Integrations connects the band or artist profile you are working in to outside services: Resend for email, Mollie for payment links, Shopify for merchandise orders and Bandsintown for events. You add the keys from your own account at each service. Each service has its own article with the steps to get those keys.
Open Integrations
- Open Settings.
- Under Band settings, select Integrations. In an artist profile the group is called Workspace settings.
- Select the logo of a service to expand its card.
Only an Admin sees this item. The connections apply to the band or artist profile you are working in, not to your other bands. Setting up a connection needs the plan feature Integrations (incl. Bandsintown, TomTom, Resend): Band Silver or higher, or Artist Gold. Without it a diamond is shown next to the heading and in place of the buttons that add a key. A stored key can still be removed on every plan.
The Integrations step of the Finance setup wizard shows the Mollie and Shopify cards as well (see Finance settings). A Financial admin sees them there with the note These integrations are managed by the tenant admin. and cannot change them.
Integration cards
Each service is a card that starts collapsed and shows the service’s logo. A check mark beside the logo (Integration configured) means a key or ID is stored. Expand the card to see what the integration does and its fields.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Not configured, Configured | Whether a key is stored. A stored key is never shown in full again. |
| Configure | Opens the field to enter a key. |
| Show key, Hide key | Shows or hides the key while you type it. |
| Save, Cancel | Stores the key, or closes the field without storing it. GigJack checks the format of the key when you save. |
| Replace key | Opens the field to enter a new key in place of the stored one. |
| Remove key | The delete button beside a stored key. Removes the key; the features that use it stop working. |
Keys are stored encrypted. Each service asks for a key from your own account there, so you need an account at the service first.
Resend
The card Send emails through Resend sends invoice emails and venue emails through your own Resend account, from your own domain. It also holds the sender identity, the email log and a webhook for delivery reports. Available in a band and an artist profile. See Resend.
Mollie
The card Send payment links through Mollie stores your Mollie API key. With it, an invoice gets a Payment link section where you create a Mollie payment page for the invoice total. Available in a band and an artist profile. See Mollie.
Shopify
The card Shopify app credentials connects the band’s Shopify store, so GigJack can import paid orders as merchandise sales and record Shopify payouts. You create an app for your store in Shopify and enter its Client ID, App secret and Store domain. Only in a band. See Shopify.
Bandsintown
The card Bandsintown connects the band’s Bandsintown artist page. With the API key and the artist ID GigJack fetches the artist profile, imports upcoming events as gigs and imports newly announced events every night. Only in a band. See Bandsintown.
