No. If you only play in one band, the band's plan is usually enough: every member gets free access to the shared workspace. The Artist plan is for players who want their own agenda, and personal financials across several bands.
One subscription covers the whole band, no matter how many members you invite. Most bands pay it from the band account and settle it in the ledger like any other cost.
Yes. Artist Bronze and Band Bronze are free forever, with no credit card and no time limit. You only pay when you want the extras in Silver or Gold.
Nothing is deleted. Features above your plan become read-only, so you keep access to everything you have already created and can export it at any time.
Every paid plan starts with a free trial. No card is required to start, and if you do nothing at the end of the trial you simply drop back to the free plan.
Monthly or yearly, by iDEAL, credit card or SEPA direct debit through Mollie. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
